Post graduate studies

I think that studies are something that I want to do for the rest of my life, not exclusively, but at the same time with other activities such as work, community activities, and other occupations that I want to develop. However, I have doubts about doing postgraduate studies in the academic world. In the case of putting myself in the place of choosing a post-graduate study, I would take a master because of the duration, since it is two years, and I would not do a PhD because five years is too much for me.
The topics that I would like to study in the master's degree should be related to gender, public policies, participatory methodologies, sexual and reproductive rights and social intervention. If I studied in Chile, I would like it to be in a state university like the University of Chile, the University of Santiago or the University of Concepción. If there is the possibility of traveling, I would like to do it in Mexico, or it could also be in Europe. In any case it would be necessary to make many inquiries and make an informed decision. As for the modality, I would like it to be a face-to-face study, because I like group modalities, where I can have contact with other students and with teachers. Another important aspect is how to finance these studies. In Chile, one of the best options is to apply for "Becas Chile", but I have been told that it is very difficult to win them. I think the first step is to finish my career in social anthropology, and over time I will have more clarity about it. For now, I think I want to work a couple of years in order to acquire learning from a practical and non-academic area.
